Frequently Asked Questions

When do I need to order by?
Please try to place your web order at least 48 hours in advance. Most of our restaurants require advanced notice for catering orders. If we cannot accommodate your last minute order at a specific restaurant, we are happy to recommend other possible restaurants.

Is there a minimum order size?
The cost of food items (pre-tax) must be at least $250 for web orders. Most restaurants require a minimum dollar amount for catering orders. We will accommodate small orders on a case-by-case basis.

Does Foodie For All deliver to residential addresses?
Yes, while Foodie For All normally services corporate clients, we are able to deliver to residential addresses as long as the minimum order size is met (food cost must be at least $250) and are located in Manhattan.

In what cities does Foodie For All deliver?
Foodie For All currently delivers only in Manhattan/New York, NY. We look forward to expanding our coverage as we grow.

Does Foodie For All deliver on weekends?
Yes, while Foodie For All normally serves corporate clients during regular business hours, we are able to deliver on weekends at an additional cost. You will see this on your quote as “Weekend Fee”.

Which payment methods does Foodie For All accept?
Foodie For All currently accepts all major credit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). 

How do I pay by invoice?
Please contact your account manager to pay by 7 days invoice. Guests and first-time customers must complete payment via credit card.

What happens after I request a quote?
Once you request a quote, Foodie For All recieves a copy of your pending order. We then contact the restaurant(s) to confirm your order as soon as possible. If the restaurant(s) cannot confirm your order, Foodie For All’s concierge team will contact you to recommend possible alternatives. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a quote via email with the total cost (including tax and administrative and delivery fees). Please confirm payment details to complete the order.

What are the “administrative and delivery fees”?
The administrative and delivery fees vary depending on order volume and delivery location. This is because larger orders require more delivery staff, and longer travel times require more gas. In addition, Foodie For All has different partnership agreements with different restaurants. The fees typically fall between 10 to 25%.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
It depends on the policy of the affected restaurant(s). In this scenario, please email us at [email protected] with the subject “Change Order” as soon as possible. You may be required to pay for the items from your original order in addition to new items from the changed order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
It depends on the policy of the affected restaurant(s). In this scenario, please email us at [email protected] with the subject “Cancel Order” as soon as possible. You will be informed if you may or may not receive a full or partial refund or if the restaurant(s) charge(s) a last-minute cancellation fee.

Does Foodie For All provide labels for food items?
Always! Labels with restaurant logo, food name, and food description are included as part of our service. Labels will also indicate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free whenever such information is provided by the restaurant(s).

Can the Foodie For All delivery staff help me set up?
Always! Set up is included as part of our service. Our trained delivery staff will set up the food for buffet-style service before leaving. Please let us know if you have specific set up instructions (ex. if you would like to us to transfer the food to your own glassware). Please allow additional time for set up when scheduling your delivery time.

Can Foodie For All provide service staff for the event?
Yes, Foodie For All can provide professional service staff at an additional cost. Delivery staff will leave after set up, and service staff will remain for the full duration of the event. If you would like service staff, please let us know when placing your order, and our concierge team will contact you to make arrangements.

Does Foodie For All sell alcoholic beverages?
No, Foodie For All does not sell alcoholic beverages. We are happy to recommend other companies that can provide alcoholic beverages for your event.
